PMET in Singapore

PMET is an abbreviation for professionals, managers, executives and technicians. The employment prospects for a PMET above 40 is poor during the good times....and worse than poor during the bad times.

I never knew such abbreviation existed in Singapore, land of oppurtunities for all age and where discrimination should never existed in the eyes of the world.

It's sad when you can never find a job once you hit the big 4-0 and I always thought Asians pride themselves with knowledgable expriences and cashes in on them when they hit the big numbers.
