My little escape artist decided to take a walk about today on her own. She managed to dug a small little hole by the side of our house fence to take start her own adventure without us. I knew she was never contented to be just an indoor dog given there is so much to smell, see, pee and walk in the suburbs.  My neighbour found her wondering the streets and decided to take her home. She left a note on my door and it was to my surprise when I came home. Sami gave me an earful "I told you so" but I guess I was over confident that Missy would never leave the house. Being a nosy bitch that Missy is I should have known better.  Oh wells at least she's home. She's probably got about 4 lives left after this event as she went wondering before in our previous house. She's one tough cookie.  J. 

I'm still sick. Though am much better today. All started with a tingle down my throat around 4pm on Tuesday, dismissed it and went home. Prepped my lamb chops for a quick grill on my Weber yum! Woke up with the worst headache and just decided to work from home .. All good, pumped up with neurofen and panadol to deal the steadily growing migraine but it was in vain. I could work but concentration was probably at 40%. 2nd day through, expected to be better not 100% worse .. :( Cough was confirmed and so was a slight fever followed by running nose (daymn I hate that the most!) 3rd day got better and decided to head to worst to find out I'm gonna be sent home as I might be contagious. I had too, most of my work stuff is still stuck @ the office comp. Now I wished I kept my notebook but alas only decided to head home by the arvo as thats why its finally done. 4th day still not 100% better maybe about 70%, ears still humming and also having a bad headache, nose still runni

After taking approximately 1 hour to download I've finally decided that its time to take a stab at installing Yosemite on my work computer. Yosemite installation was pretty simple, a couple of button clicks I'm installing and its telling me its going to take at least 22 minutes, 10 seconds later it decided that its going to take 25 minutes. At that point I'm really seriously considering if my choice was the right one. 26 minutes later its working and I'm so thankful. Nowadays installing anything new from Apple just requires pre-cautionary steps like reading the reviews from the Google making sure all the stuffs just works after upgrading. Over the next couple of hours, system was just slow as I believe Apple is re-indexing everything in my 250G of storage and making sure I'm haven't lost any data. Mail was casually slower then usual and it still is till today, not sure why .. could my work being slow. MySql stumbled out of the window, Google tells me t

Working from home today as I need to alleviate my sprained right ankle to assist it in healing. Wearing a brace helps and hopefully forces the swelling to go down. Having to create tables upon tables upon table isn't the issue if the client would already have a template which has gone through rigorous testing prior to sending it to the developer. :(

We thought the stock was good but the noodles lack the soft texture you get in springvale. the mixed pork dish was sensational and the spring rolls was just amazingly delicious. We've tried pho in five places now and so far springvale takes the cake.

We ordered a massive amount of food! But it was definitely worth while.  As you can see form the pictures we had as follows: 1 x tub of seaweed salad which was excellent 1 x serve of salmon belly 1 x serve of salmon 1 x serve of king fish fillet 1 x serve of some other fish (which looks similar to salmon) 1 x tokoyaki 4 x fresh oysters with some japanese mirin sauce which which was just delicious! 1 x japanese pancake which was made to perfection. I've had my fill back in malaysia but this one takes the cake! Total damage: $67 for 2 person that lasted the whole day pretty much. Never knew fish could fill you up for that long.

We had lunch with the lovely couple we had pleasure of spending time with before they are off the Swiss Alps for a while. :) The pastries were just so beautiful, could there be anything better (maybe not Zumbo)? The deserts was just so spectacular that I just couldn't bear to eat it. :P The pistachio was just so yummy. Coffee was very strong but it kept me so awake for the whole night which was great. Two the chatty birds couldn't stop talking. :P

I did not know it was so easy! Ughs I could have done it myself. I drive a Holden Astra 2005 CD version and I did not know that to remove the wiper blade you just need to tilt it back until then pull it away from the windscreen. OMG is so dead easy and I paid $3 to the guy @ Super cheap auto in Blackburn to fix it for me. Sheesh! The wiper blades are expensive too, $35 per blade and because mine's the "euro" version so the whole thing has to be replaced and not just the rubber piece. Mine was literally hanging off the line and I kid you not it does not wipe its like its smudging the windscreen. Doesn't help when its raining like "cats and dogs" and I'm driving the furthest I have in Melbourne to pick Maria & Jenevieve from the airport. Here XAMPP Installation Missing the php.h file which can be fixed using the following command:  xcode-select --install It is the mac xcode command line developer tools Who knew that xcode carries so much weight into XAMP Mac installations. Tried it on my local macbook pro and it was another mad house. Keep getting issues with php.h missing. What I changed was my bin dir for pecl configurations. sudo PECL config-set bin_dir /usr/bin It worked like a charm. Finding that there is an issue installing OAuth with PHP 5.5 and above running XAMPP 1.8.3-4 I had to downgrade to XAMPP 1.8.2-5 running PHP 5.4.27 and it worked like a charm. Reason was I was having issues saying mismatch builds. 20121212 and 20010525 between the oAuth and PHP. For some reason the oAuth version had to be newer than the PHP build. I tried compiling from source but it didn't work either. The config used for the source code build was: sudo ./configure MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET=10.9

I was having a breakdown when I couldn't connect to my home wifi and I was almost on the verge of just throwing the wireless system out the window which is just cm's away. I tried rebooting everything from the phone to the wireless modem and reconfiguring everything and I mean everything. I reformatted my phone and the wireless (thank gaws for Google Backups and HTC restores!) and it still didn't work. Going through all the so many forums and wondering what the hell is wrong with the system. I have no issues logging in to wifi at work using unifi so something is wrong with my modem but everything at home is connected to the daymn modem so the problem isn't isolated in any case. I tried force setting a ip address and dns to the system and it worked for a while be rebooting the phone the whole system went beserk again! Arghs!! Frustrated!! So I went googling again and I stumbled onto this link by accident while still searching for issues wifi connection with htc one k

Always have this issue whenever I return back to Malaysia and also when I return back to Sydney. Argh! Freaking annoying. Went through the forums back and forth and realise the issue wasn't in the app or even in Google play as suggested by some of the forum replies. It lied in the timezones! Due to the fact the timezone difference of Malaysia and Sydney I've decided to set my own times and this caused an issue with the App which couldn't register the correct time and etc as backups/sync-ing option was activated. All I had to do was the set the time to automatically retrieve them from network and voila it works. Henceforth I deemed the installing/uninstalling 10x wasn't a success as suggested by so many forumers. :(

After installing android sdk you should have adb_usb.ini located in ~/.android location. Edit the file and add the vendor id (0x2207) into the next available line. You can find the vendor in the mac system report if the tablet is connected via usb. Once you have done the above, run the command adb kill-server then adb start-server then adb devices and you should see your devices connected. Reason for this is because the cheap Kogan that we have isn't in the list of common devices added by Android. Don't blame them with 1000000000000 created each day I couldn't be bothered either.
