CKEditor Messing with Element Classes Upon Saving

I couldn't give a thumbs up as I didn't have enough reputation so I'm just reposting it here for myself in the future and also for those who's looking for it. :P
You just need to place them in the config.js file of your editor. Using CKEditor version 4.4.3
Also had to fix this for Drupal config.inc.
