I've been taking 3 tablets each day for the past 2 months now and I've seen major improvements on general health and my cold sores are safely at bay. Its awesome! I for one never believed in supplements but this is a now the new love of my life.

For those who knows me I've always had issues with a generic wart appearing on my hand. I've tried freezing them, I've tried applying constantly those medicated oils that you purchase from the pharmacy as well as them apple vinegars and even banana peels. Never went to the extent of tying a whole garlic peel on my finger. I've had them for as long as I could remember. I got rid of them once with constant apple vinegar wraps but I think I had enough of having smelling like salt and vinegar smith chips the whole day. Haha. ^_^ I've seen the doc and they always say its such a common wart case they didn't want to refer to the specialist to have them removed. My GP asked me to try duck taping them constantly so they can't breath and eventually died. Yeahs tried that and it was a pure waste of time and if don't mind having them soggy fingers LOL. I ended using the rest of the duck tape to tape my moving boxes when I went to Melbourne.

So this was my last resort, I took it initially to stop my cold sores as it was really bad especially in the midst of winter in Melbourne. I ride to work sometimes and that didn't help either. My colleague told me I should be taking Viroguard and since I've working in the company I never really pay attention to the new products being launched and so I finally said yeahs I'll take that as I had enough being embarrassed each time I have them red nose and bleeding lips that looks like I'm contagious which I really am at a certain stage. :)
