Toilets

Its sad to read notices or comments in the female toilets that request the patrons keep the toilets clean. Aren't females born with the need to keep things neat and tidy? Why waste tissue paper? Why not make sure that the toilets are properly flushed? Is it that difficult? What could possible overcome a womans instinct to "squat" on a seated toilet bowl and leave foot print marks on the toilet seats?
