Are we programmers so cheap? What about compensation for the long hours and the hard disk failure we suffer due to over work/stress/lousy working conditions? Does that not count? Yeahs prolly we should stop working harder for the company. Don't even wanna mention companies who wants a programmer who can code, design, implement, maintain and debug in all the major languages in the world and get paid Rm2200 per month. If I am working a 9-3 hour then I might consider. !! Sad Case! JobDB and Jobstreet should stop polluting the HR and Management with lousy salary scales!
