Paypal Money Received Scam

To receive SGD$500.00 from Paypal I will need to pay SGD$30.00 because Paypal fee’s are 5.9% of original sum + SGD$0.50 transaction fee. My goodness, the more I don’t wanna receive money via Paypal, this is called Daylight Robbery!!! Don’t ever every try doing it on Paypal, it’s a warning from me. Robbery I tell you!
